For everyone thinking if this happened at your work the guy would automatically be fired and for those who think the league can/should do something to Favre even if Sterger doesn’t push the issue need to think again.
Unless the employer has a rule against employee-employee relationships, they couldn’t fire someone for sending some pics unless the receiver is offended by them. If it is mutual it becomes a private situation that doesn’t envolve the employer. Although it’s not very wise to put yourself in that position.
If Sterger doesn’t have a problem with it (which seems to be the case since she has already said she’s received these types of pictures from numerous athletes and never complained and kept the Favre pics for a laugh) then what exactly did he do wrong (as far as the NFL is concerned)? This became public supposedly by someone other than the two parties.

You’re right he won’t be suspended, but only because Roger Goodell will sweep it under the rug like he did the tampering charges against the Vikings and anything else negative attached to Favre.
As far as everything else you somehow typed with a straight face…..try educating yourself on the facts of the Roethlisberger “case” before you make yourself appear any more foolish.
And this is not a first offense. That’s 3 Jets employees in one season who have come forward. That is a pattern.

“try educating yourself” says the person who thinks the Vikings tampered with Favre.
Ask yourself why the Vikings would encourage Favre to come back since all he did was beat Chilly’s Vikings. How could Childress or Bevell possibly know that the Packers management wouldn’t have welcomed him with open arms and tell Aaron to wait one more year? They couldn’t, so they wouldn’t have.
As far as the other two women who have also come forward, I get a little skeptical when they claim a lawyer told them they didn’t have a sexual harassment claim because they were contractors not employees. Anyone who has gone thru sexual harassment avoidence training knows this isn’t true. Of course if you’re making everything up you could easily make this sort of inaccurate claim.

Other than work place issues this in a non story. If Jen Says it’s ok Favre is off the hook.
But Deanna is gonna take him out the next time she see’s him, or else she is just a money lovin’ chick.
If I sent those VM to a woman other than my wife, not to mention the underwhelming ( 6 inches enraged) junk shots, and got caught, my wife would have the house, car, business, and everything else in no time flat.

Since he only left 2 short vmails, & 2 nude pics, then stopped, it didn’t continue, so not really sexual harrassment either.
But if I had done something like that, I would be fired. I think many of you would be too. Might not be a bad idea for them to give him a couple of games off.

So, what did you idiots expect???
It’s amazing that a basic non-story ends up being just that, yet those that went to great lengths to continually keep this in the news and to continually push it to the front burner, in a real disappointingly bizarre way, feel cheated – even though the accuser hasn’t really accused, and the evidence is highly suspect at best. Not to mention, the matter was not even brought to legal authorities.
I hope ya’ll are proud of yourselves now after having accomplished basically nothing, except making the Jets the unfortunate ones that Favre will take it out on come Monday nite.

Don’t be surprised if this all backfires on the Jets………she works for them, there are already reports that she has pics of several players like in this case, sounds to me like the Jets should be investigated. They knew about it 2 years ago and did nothing……what kind of culture of employment is that. If BF is guilty of anything, it is of not being discreet and that is between him and his wife. When this story looses it’s steam in a few weeks there will still be the BF haters out there. The posts that make me laugh the most, are the one’s from packer fans, lol. They want to crucify BF for something that may or may not have happened between two adults but yet they elect a child molester (chmura) to their Packer HOF….it doesn’t get any better than that. Guess we shouldn’t expect any more from redneck fans who would complain about 2 adults doing some crazy stuff but then reward a child molester……..only the sconnies could be so twisted.

Tit for tat or is it tit for text….I’m not so sure anymore.
Favre may very well get a suspension. Maybe not 4 games because he didn’t actually commit an act of sexual assualt like big Ben. (the guy is a millionaire – spring for a hooker if ‘just say no’ doesn’t work for you).
I could see 2 games and maybe a divorce during an earning year.

Of course he isn’t going to be suspended. Farve doesn’t play for Goodell’s favorite NFL cities chief rival.
You think it was mere coincidence that the Ravens got to play the Steelers on the road without Ben there?
If Brett Favre did this, and he’s not suspended then I’m convinced that Goodell is corrupt and should be investigated by an independent party to check to see if he wagers money on the very sport he’s hired to protect.

Yes, he should be suspended. . What if your mom/wife/sister/daughter worked for an NFL team? Would you condone that poor behavior? Absolutely not. At any company that took sexual harassment seriously, he would be suspended immediately without pay during the investigation.
