Rodgers is 20-17 not 18-20 and he and Favre have basically the same exact record through their first 37 games. I believe Favre was also either 20-17 or 21-16. And you guys need to quit blaming Rodgers for not having a playoff win.
The Packers offense and Rodgers tore up the Cardinals. It was the Packers defense that lost the game. How does that fall on Rodgers especially considering he had 3 face masks that weren’t called including the last play of the game which was his fumble.

When Favre started he was 23 years old, in his 2nd season in the NFL and took a 4-12 team and lead them to a 9-7 record. On the-other-hand Rodgers when he started was 25 years old, in his 4th season in the NFL and took a 13-3 team and lead them to a 6-10 record.
So let me get this straight: Rodgers’ early INT that lead to Arizona points, holding onto the ball too long contributing to 5 sacks, missing a wide open receiver in OT and a fumble (punt) that lead directly to the winning touchdown was the fault of the defense?
Oh, and that WASN’T a facemask at the end of the game. Find the rule. Read the rule. Be enlightened.

Let’s see…
1) sub-standard O-line play – check
2) sub-standard D-backfield play – check
3) sub-standard Special Teams play – check
4) too many penalties – check
5) inconsistant run game – check
Yep, that confirms it was a Packers game I was watching.
All the same problems that haunted them last year along with the added problem of the running game and now injuries. Yikes!

I dont need credit either, but give credit when credit’s due. The Skins played a good game today and still get sh!t on. I don’t care what the forum trolls have to say, but when the “professionals” won’t even give them credit, it gets under my skin. Being the underdog is a good thing. All I’m saying is that I’m sick of the Skins being grouped into the Bills, Lions, Browns crew. There’s always been some aspect of the Redskins that’s been good(like the defence) even when the whole team wasn’t doing good. Even when you pull off a win against Green Bay, it’s not because you played good, it’s because “the key players got taken out”, which I may add was due to our D. I’ll just be dissaponted that I won’t be able to Personally rub it in everybody on NFL Networks face when they’re solid.

The Redskins are “a very soft schedule”? Let LaRon Landry lay you out just once and then tell me how soft they are. They may be giving up some yards, but NO team in the NFL is playing as physical bloody-your-nose football as the Redskins are…and they are finding ways to win.
Find another adjective to describe the Redskins. Their play may not always be the prettiest, but I challenge you to name a tougher, more physical team.

This game could have gotten ugly, but the Skins held on for a good win. Redskins benefited from Clay Matthews getting injured, but if your starters can hardly stay on the field, then they shouldn’t be starters in the NFL. Jermichael Finley tripped on his shoelaces and got carted off the field…ridiculous. Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have the killer instinct, McNabb does. That’s all there is to it.

To coin a phrase by the late John McKay, how do I feel about the execution of the Packers offense? I’m all for it. They gave this game away. This is a troubling trend to reack up yardage early and fail to get points. Dropped passes were a killer. hang on to a few of those and we extend drives and keep the Skins O off the filed. The Packers should have won today but they definitely did not deserve to.

Yeah, McNabb was really Pathetic today wasn’t he??? 357 yards passing is just sad isn’t it????? I wish the Skins had a good quarterback!!!!!………. I’m so sick of all the haters and excuses for the Redskins winning. They are looking better every week and are surpassing my expectations for this season so far. I for one, am proud of them and I was as happy as a fat kid in a candy store when all the Packer fans carried their Cheesehead sh!t talking butts out of the bar down here in Richmond today…and while I’m on a bit of a rant, I may as well say that im sick of PFT making excuses for the Skns winning as well. They’re physcial as hell right now, and they’re gonna hurt your guys, but that’s not to be used as a “reason” that the Pack lost. Give the Skins SOME credit. with the nfl’s new concussion rule, McObscenelyFat&Dumb will have no choice but to start flynn next week. plus, the pckers are just about to start the killer part of their schedule and they still haven’t beaten a winning team, the only teams they beat were like 2-10 at the start of the day.
if you could’ve told a pcker fan at the end of 2007 when they lost in overtime of the nfc title game and looked just a few missing pieces from a super bowl that 3 years later favre would be gone and they would have gone 20-17 with no nfcn titles and no playoff wins, they probly would’ve driven a wooden stake into ted thompson’s heart.

The absolute irony of Packer fans whining about a defensive interference call. How many times did they completely tackle a Skins’ receiver before the ball arrived and avoid the flag? It was becoming ridiculous.

Hard to beat a team with that many injuries to key players. If this had been Favre, the headline would have been, “Favre’s INT Gives Redskins OT Win”. But when Rodgers throws an INT to set up the winning FG, the headline is “OT Loss Comes After Key Players Leave With Injuries.”
How come Rodgers gets excused when he does the same thing that Favre gets criticized for?

Aaron Rodgers is great GB. The dude plays well.
The Vikings would love to have him.
That being said, I am sure glad the Pack lost, whew.
The Vikings picked the perfect year to start 1-2.
The Bears are going to hit the wall.
The Vikings will show tomorrow if they are back in the race or if it’s down too Pack vs Bears.
I think it will be 3 team race with the Vikings gelling & becoming the elite because they had all the injuries to start the year & the Bears & Packers are just getting them now.
