It could be as simple as that someone said it tongue-in-cheek to Charley Casserly and Casserley ran with it as if it was true. Pathetic, but possible.
Could Brady and Moss have gotten into an argument that got confrontational? That is also possible but they have a history of being in a mutual admiration society. If it happened, it didn’t happen over talk over each other’s hair.
Does anyone know of a thread that focuses on football?

Kudos to the handful of commentors who called into question this report when it was relayed this morning. Not only did the entire incident sound absurd and like someone was pinning the tail on the donkey with Casserly, but it does not at all mesh with either of those player’s personalities. I wonder will he or CBS issue an apology for putting out such blatant misinformation?
If anything we’ve learned over the past 13 years is that Randy Moss is the king of passive, aggressive behavior, not “toe to toe” confrontations with teammates. Maybe that would have fit T.O., not Moss. I mean, if he didn’t knock somebody over a trainer’s table when he was in Oakland, this account seems pretty far-fetched.
Also, Brady is as low key as they come and I couldn’t imagine him getting into a teammate’s face, even if the guy came at him first. I would imagine several guys would be there to knock anyone on their back if they even tried, seeing that he’s largely considered the face of that franchise.
The girly back and forth “cut your beard….no, you cut your hair cause you look like a girl” quotes were rich, too. Seemed like a good cue to Charlie that someone was pulling his chain pretty hard at that point, and he might just want to hold that one in his back pocket instead of going on national TV and making afool out of himself.

I would venture to say he has written twice as many articles on them then any other team in the league.
