Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was cleared to fully participate in practice on Wednesday according to Jason La Canfora of NFL Network. Cutler is in line to return to the starting lineup against the Seahawks in Week Six.
Chicago coach Lovie Smith also said Monday he thinks left tackle Chris Williams could return this week. ESPNChicago.com, meanwhile, reports that Hanie will pass Collins on the depth chart at quarterback.
Bears fans can only hope that decision doesn’t make much of a difference the rest of the season.
