After missing the entire preseason with an ankle injury, Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has played all four regular-season games.
But that doesn’t mean the injury is healed.
Bryant missed most of Thursday’s practice because the ankle was hurting him, and Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said he’s concerned he won’t have Bryant on the field Sunday against the Vikings.
“Dez did not practice . . . he’s still having problem with the ankle. We held him out again,” Phillips said. “I am worried that he might not be able to play.”
Bryant has been a solid contributor both on offense and on special teams so far this season, with 17 catches for 180 yards and eight punt returns for 90 yards and a touchdown.
