Here at PFT, we sometimes get accused of making a mountain out of a molehill-sized quote.
So I’ll leave it to you guys to interpret this quote from Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker, who was asked what’s the difference between this Patriots team and last year’s team.
“I think we got all 11 guys out there competing,” Welker told Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald. “I think that makes a big difference. We don’t go in the tank when things go bad. We got a group of guys that want to compete all 60 minutes and that makes a big difference going down into the trenches.”
All right, we can’t help interpreting it a little bit. We think its has plenty to do with these quotes from Welker from 11 days ago.
