Not all concussions are created equal.
Cowboys tight end Jason Witten didn’t miss a week. Ravens tight end Todd Heap looked dazed after a shot to the head, and returned to the field in the same game.
It looks like Redskins tight end Chris Cooley aka “Captain Chaos” will return quickly from his concussion suffered last week against the Colts. Cooley took part in a limited portion of practice on Wednesday. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said he’ll practice Thursday.
If that goes without incident, Cooley will be in line to start against the Bears. Fullback Mike Sellers (heel) was limited in practice, and running back Clinton Portis has already been ruled out. Otherwise, the Redskins are healthy.
For the Bears, the following players missed practice: cornerback Zackary Bowman
(foot), linebacker Lance Briggs (ankle), guard Roberto Garza (knee), safety Chris Harris (knee),safety Danieal Manning (back), and linebacker Brian Urlacher (groin).

Forget all those injuries, the real question is will Donovan McNabb show up for the game, or that other guy who looks like him, but throws picks and balls at the WR’s ankles every week?
As the offensive line goes…so does Donovan.
