Vince Young looks unlikely to start Sunday

Titans coach Jeff Fisher continues to say quarterback Vince Young is “making progress.” Young, meanwhile, continues to “miss practice.”

After a third straight day on the sideline, it looks like Kerry Collins will start Sunday against the Eagles.

Also missing practice for Tennessee: tight end Bo Scaife (groin) and defensive tackle Tony Brown (knee), who are listed as questionable.
