That is 100% untrue. The media tends to always say the most recent problems are the more serious problems the team has seen in a while. As to a week 7 game being the most important regular season game in years for the Cowboys is asinine. What about the week 17 game during the 08-09 season? The winner went to the playoffs and the loser went home. How can that not be the more important game? If the Cowboys lose this week they can still make the playoffs that wasnt the case back then.

Oh why, oh why do you think the ‘boys will win another game this season? Quoting Ditka, “This team may not win another game” (okay so he was talking about his Bears with only 4 games left in that season.)
The Cowboys are just plain awful. And all the horse manure stacked up by the ‘boys fans and blogger can’t hide the fact. Predictiion. It will only take the Cowboys ten years before they win their next playoff game. Advice to the Cowboys. Use the number one pick in the draft for an new owner, coach or QB in that order.

The NFL should move either the Jags or Bucs to LA. Everyone always talks the stadium angle with a team like the Vikings, but I gotta think the Jags and Bucs are much more in the crosshairs. That state is too into college football to support 3 teams.

Funny because Minneapolis is always ranked as one of the fittest cities in America….which just helps to prove that we have more to do with our lives that just worry about Pro Football. If the Vikings loose, Ill be sad for a few min, but after that will get over it. I dont live and die over the fate of a sporting event.
Oh and BTW the Vikings have one of the highest win vs loss records in NFL history….so yeah…EAT A DICK!

No, No, No….what’s really sad is that even if we do turn it around … and that’s a BIG IF at this point, then that will be just enough for Coach Cupcake to keep his job….and then we’ll be playing this broken record again next year. I wish Jerry would at least hire a coach that would hold the title of Head Coach/Assistant GM and fire his son Stephen…hell, he sucks also. You never know, he may be the one making all the ridiculous suggestion anyway….well, what the hell am I thinking…..the only person that Jerry listens to is his own reflection!!!!

How is 3-3 a failed expectation for the Jags? That team is two years into a total makeover. A .500 record is exactly what should be expected. They are the youngest team in the AFC, and the second youngest team in the NFL.
Seriously, anything above .500 would be unexpected at this point in time during the rebuild.

Florio it’s a little knee-jerk ridiculous to mark AJ Smith as a failure because the Chargers are off to a slow start. Four bad games isn’t a firable offense after building a team that has gone to the postseason five of the last six years. The only year AJ’s team didn’t reach the playoffs was 2005 when MARTY choked worse than Norv with a much better team than this one.
It’s comical when writers act like they know what’s going on when they don’t have an inkling of the history of how a team arrived to where they are. Simply put, you don’t know Jack about the Chargers and it makes me doubt the credibility of this website that you state obvious garbage about a team I know much better than you.

Who did not enjoy watching the “Fun Bunch” do their thing? I hate the Me, Me, Me fist-on-chest pounding, but we fans are being entertained…”Are you not entertained?” Silly stuff is funny and I agree that if game is not delayed and only person hurt is idiot dude who occasionaly jams himself into the stands support, then I say, let’em live it up a bit.
