Jaguars expected to lose right tackle Eben Britton for season

The Jaguars offense took another massive blow Sunday when they lost right tackle Eben Britton, possibly for the season.

Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union reports an MRI on Monday is expected to confirm Britton will miss the season with a shoulder injury. The second-year tackle was a second round pick last season, and has started all 22 games he’s played.

Like most teams, the Jaguars aren’t especially deep at tackle. Jordan Black replaced Britton on Sunday against the Chiefs.
