With the Nashville Metro police still deciding whether to arrest Titans receiver Kenny Britt after his night club altercation last week, coach Jeff Fisher took the matter into his own hands.
Jim Wyatt and John Glennon of the Tennessean report that Fisher played detective and conducted his own investigation at Karma Lounge last Friday night.
“I went with the intention of getting as much information as I possibly could prior to making a decision on whether Kenny was going to play or not. I felt the best way was to go down there and see if I could find out on my own,’' Fisher said.
Fisher spoke with a number of employees at the club. We assume he stayed off the dance floor when Waka Flocka came on.
“From what I was able to obtain, it was more clear that I needed to delay the decision,’' Fisher said.
This it a great television show idea: NFL coach by day, investigator by night. Fisher already has the mustache to pull it off.
