Chris Gronkowski deactivated after blown blitz pickup

Cowboys undrafted rookie fullback Chris Gronkowski was the culprit on the blown blitz protection that resulted in a fractured collarbone for quarterback Tony Romo.

Gronkowski will be sitting out Week Eight.
Also inactive for the Cowboys: defensive end Jason Hatcher, wide receiver Kevin Ogletree, offensive tackle Jermey Parnell, guard Montrae Holland, guard Kyle Kosier, and linebacker Jason Williams.
On the other side, quarterback David Garrard will return to the starting lineup after sitting out Week Seven with a concussion
Inactive on Jacksonville’s side: third quarterback Todd Bouman, running back Rashad Jennings, fullback Brock Bolen, linebacker Eric Alexander, offensive tackle Erik Pears, defensive lineman C.J. Mosley, defensive end Jeremy Mincey, and defensive tackle Landon Cohen.
The reason for Mincey’s inactivity is a broken hand.  Demoted in favor of Mincey this week, Derrick Harvey will be forced to see more playing time.

If Jimmy Johnson was coaching the ‘Boys, Gronkowski’s ass would have been cut. Simple as that.

If the “Boys” had lost three straight with JJ at the helm there wouldn’t be a fourth!

If Johnson was the coach, the Boys would not be 1-5.

If JJ was coaching the ‘Boys, they’d have about 10 rings by now and Romo might not be on the team…Dear Jimmy…I’m sorry my ego drove you off and ruined the team. Signed, Jerry

    Hello GM Jerry?
How about drafting some o-line help?
