Randy Moss faces a former team for the first time

In his 13th NFL season and on his fourth NFL team (he has been with one of them twice), receiver Randy Moss has never faced one of his former teams.

With the name Brett Favre dominating the news cycle and Moss getting fined $25,000 for not talking, Randy could have a little extra motivation when 4:15 p.m. ET comes along.

Of course, his ability to have an impact on the field will depend in large part on the ability of the team’s quarterback -- whoever it/they is/are -- to get Moss the ball.

If he/they can’t, Mt. Moss could be erupting once again.

UPDATE: Oops. Moss played the Raiders in his second year with the Patriots. We suppose we should have said “former NFL team.”
