we got beat by a good team. played a pretty sound game ourselves but just got beat. our d couldn’t stop em when we needed them to end of story. and chill baldo, i don’t know what he was thinking when he challenged that one play. Unlucky break when percy poppped that ball up for the int.

One could look at today.s events from a number of different perspectives. But here is what stands out for me.
1. Randy Moss is lazy.
2. He is disloyal.
3. He doesn’t care about winning.
4. He is incredibly poorly adjusted.
5. He is now a cancer on this team, which does not need it.
6. He is not a dangerous receiver, as he has clearly packed it in.
7. He is clearly not at all interested in the rest of this year.
So compare him to, say, T.O. At least T. O. gets upset when his team loses. I”m trying to remember anyone, in my 40 plus years of being a fan, who is as big an ass wipe as this guy.

Minnesota is the absolute worst state for fans…I mean, here’s a state where they lose a HOCKEY franchise to Dallas. DALLAS!
Here is a state that builds an outdoor baseball stadium and plans on building an indoor football stadium, that is, IF the state will ever come to back it financially (which is no given yet).
As crappy as the weather really is here, it makes for the most fair-weathered piece of crap fans not just for the NFL, but for all of the professional sports they’re privileged to have here.
But let the horned swedes like Pervy keep blowing dat horn, der hey, don’t ya know, okie dokie!!

Sorry haters, college football doesn’t count so you can remove the Badgers from you mythical glory list. Any “sport” that doesn’t have a playoff system isn’t a real sport.
Congrats on all those bowl games you make. They should be called money games. The truth is, you only get invited because people in WI can’t hack the cold and these bowl games know you will all travle to warmer weather and spend money. Sooner or later all residence from WI end up in AZ or FL anyway. Those of us in MN and ND can hack the cooler temps. We’re real men and go ice fishing without a shanty wearing shorts and t-shirts, LOL!

@ facts….that was a poor comment.. what is wrong with drafting a qb, grooming him for 3 years and turning to him when he is ready? thats how its done. sure some guys can step right in and play, but how is rodgers a wasted draft pick now that he has shown he can play?
the guy who is comparing pro teams in minnesota and wisconsin is hilarious. the last championship your city saw was 1991. what exactly do you have to brag about?
im not even a packer fan, i just cant leave these two gems alone.

What are you thanking Ted Thompson for? Wasting a draft pick by having him sit on the bench for what 3 years? He should have drafted someone that could have helped the team and then dealt with a Favre departure when it did indeed happen.
There is only one reason to thank Ted Thompson for and that would be if and when he retired/resigns or gets fired.

I like all the Chilly…Moss….BF bashing, it’s fun to read but on the serious side, the vikings problems aren’t on the offensive side of the ball, their defense has tanked on them. DB’s can’t cover and they are so bad they couldn’t catch a cold much less a football, they absolutely can’t tackle with the exception of Winfield. Defensive front 4 should be returning their game checks, they have been pathetic. Not that I expect them to get it all together, but like some of the “experts” said, the NFC North is a very weak division and if any team with a losing record is still “in it”, it would be the vikings.

Maybe Moss should bring some of his “hard work” into the game. He could have easily caught the ball on the pass interference play but he completely quit and wasn’t even watching as it bounced nearly within his reach. Maybe he should try blocking for once when the ball isn’t coming his way. Maybe he should get open and then he’ll get the ball thrown to him. Maybe he should be happy that his double teams have completely opened up the field for Harvin and AP.
Childress is a bad coach because he went for it on 4th down? Everyone knows Belichick would have done the same thing. He goes for it on 4th down all of the time.
I’d like the Chilly haters to explain how he lost the game? Did he make Harvin cough up a ball that turned into an interception? Did he ask Asher Allen to let Brandon Tate smoke him on that long TD? Did he tell Asher to not tackle Woodhead on the 3rd down play?
Childress and his coaching staff consistently put game plans together that are beating the other teams and the players manager to find ways to F it up. I suppose it was Chilly’s fault that Favre threw an awful pick 6 in the Green Bay game and the referees stole a touchdown from Shiancoe, and gave one to the Pack that was a bobbled catch. Childress thoroughly out-coached the beloved Sean Payton in the NFC Championship game but I suppose it was his fault that his players coughed up fumbles all game long.
