I just don’t understand why all of these comments are ripping favre for throwing randy moss under the bus. From my understanding favre hasn’t said anything yet? Right?
I don’t doubt that he probably will throw him under the bus but at least let him do it before you rip him for it

I missed the part of the article where it said they only had sodium and sugar filled ribs. Please point that out to us. In fact, in the article it says they had chicken, pasta, ribs and other dishes. You are aware it’s possible to grill things other than ribs, right?
BTW, why did they let Matt Birk choose the restaurant? Hasn’t he been gone for a couple of years?

I’m not sure why Moss was suprised that Harvin was getting more looks than him in Minny. Moss’s job is to command double teams, occasionally beat a guy deep down the field, loosen up the safety so he can’t stack the box on AP. If was any sort of a team player he’d understand this, and be happy he’s making big money. Just because he doesn’t get 10 catches a game doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a huge impact on the defense. The Vikings offense did look better with him in there. But he’s too self-centered to realize this team concept. Maybe he can take a clue off of Andre Johnson of the Texans. The dude is a beast, plays on a team that hasn’t made the playoffs since it came into the league, and still plays the game hard and doesn’t “dog it” because he’s pissy about how many balls he catches. I’ll take Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, and (he’s young and hopefully he doesn’t become a drama queen eventually) Calvin Johnson over Moss anyday. They are all pretty even talent wise, but those guy’s attitudes are waaaaaay better than Moss. Having said all that the Vikings desperately need Sidney Rice to get healthy. Their offense this year without him is no where near what it was last year with him….he and Favre had quite a chemistry last year that their offense sorely misses this year.

Funny that it only took 4 weeks for Favre to get tired with Randy, though. I guess that’s what we should expect from the NFL’s least decisive person.

Moss is the reason Favre got knocked out of the game. He gave up on the pass that he was interfered on. He could have easily continued the play and caught that pass for a TD. Instead, they get the ball at the 8 and Favre ended up in the predicament we all saw.
It was Favre who cut Randy, not Chilly!

If true i’m glad to hear it. To me, Favre earned back a small measure of respect in how he conducted himself on the field in the moments after losing the Packers game. This would tell me he still has some perspective when it comes to common decency.
