i think we are gonna beat the hell out those eagles they are not playing as great as most ppl think they barly beat a heavily injured colts tema that we injured and almost beat had McNabb stepped up, they got stomped by a injured up Titans team, we should have beat the lions but gave them that win and punk rex grossman sealed it by playing scared!! i think we come out swinging and embarrass the eagles and hurt vick on monday gbirds-13 Skins-30!! HTTR!!

Why wouldn’t they give Losman a shot, he is similiar to Cutler?
By the way he was not horrible in Seattle, by all accounts he out played Whitehurst in camp and got mop up duty in the actual pre-season games. The more he plays the better he gets. They kept “clipboard jesus” over him because they gave up so much to get him.
The kid keeps getting screwed where ever he goes, give him a shot.

These things were scheduled long ago, so Mike Shanahan is just being cautious in case of injuries to both McNabb and Grossman.
Anyway, after Grossman fumbled on his first play in Detroit that was run back for a TD ending any Redskin hope, isn’t it more likely that they were auditioning for Grossman’s job?

I don’t know what the big deal is. Big Ben is 6-5 and reported to training camp at 260. Also, JaMarcus has been working out so maybe he’s built up some muscle (which, as we all know, weighs more by volume than fat. You look thinner but you weigh more).

Shanahan isn’t working out Russel and Losman to replace McNabb. They are looking for someone to replace Grossman.
Think about it. They pull McNabb and put in Sexy Rexy and on his first play, he fumbles the ball and it is run back for a touchdown. Game over. They are furious that they gave Rex Grossman a chance and he screws it up.

The Skins should sign Manning. He would be a better back up QB than Grossman. Yes- I said it, Archie Manning at 61 would do a better job. And a Ouiji board summoning the the spirits of Lombardi and Allen would do a better coaching job than Shanatanrat, and relate to the players better. What the hell is up with his orange complexion? Shanahan had no intention of signing Jamarcus TODAY. But this was an opportunity for him to meet Jamarcus and tell him what he had to do to play in 2011. Remember he saw Jamarcus play against the Donkeys 4 times so he has some idea of the raw talent that he has so investing a Tuesday in him is a gamble worth taking.
