Rosenthal, Florio look at AFC musical chairs

Eight weeks into the season, things are getting interesting in the AFC.

The conference features more quality teams than playoff berths, and assuming only one team comes out of the AFC West, three strong divisions have eight teams vying for five spots.

At the risk of giving away too much, we’ll just paste in the code and let you watch the video.

I’ve never seen two of the most nerdiest guys claiming to be football experts. These two should be breaking down whose going to win the Ivy League debate championships.

Baltimore is in a lot of trouble if they lose to Miami at home, because they play on Thursday IN Atlanta. It’s very tough for teams to win on the road in those Thursday games, and the Ravens could very easily wind up 5-4 by the end of next Thursday.

Side-by-side like that it’s hard to tell whether these two are possibly, secretly (half?) brothers or father/son?

Wow you guys are clueless…The Ravens already beat the Jets and Steelers on the road and you can see them not getting in?? Really??

Haha, it is tough for everybody, every game anybody can beat anybody, but the Ravens already have beaten the Jets and Steelers and hold the tie breakers AND are leading their division. Yes of course a loss to the Fins would be bad and of course it is possible but so is any game for any of the other teams as well. Anybody really thinking you could make the play offs with just road wins?

You Ratbird fans need to realize that you still have to play the Steelers one more time, and this time it wont be against their 3rd QB.
You almost lost to the Bills and Browns, and got beaten by the Bengals.
As long as teams like the Bengals constantly beat you, (3-9 against overrated Palmer), you’re just getting to the playoffs to get sent home.

    Bengals have two wins.
At Carolina against a rookie QB making his first start and against the up and down Ravens.
Ravens beat the Steelers with 36 seconds left against their 4th string QB, and looked like crap against the winless Bills and 2 win Browns.
Talk all you want, but were not impressed.

Stoolers have to beat the Ravens just to pull even.
Ben has to show a good game first 6 sacks and 3 fumbles in just two games and does not even qualify for a rating on NFL.com yet. We will see, but it is the Stoolers who did not even make it to the playoffs last year. For now suck on second place.

Yeah the Ravens are living off preseason hype and their 5-2 record with road wins over the Jets and Steelers have nothing to do with it. The Ravens are not playing their best football, they still have one of the top records in football, and they havent had a cupcake schedule. That should tell you something.
