Addai, Eldridge, Hart, Session, Tryon out for Colts vs. Eagles

The Indianapolis Colts will be shorthanded on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

On Saturday afternoon the Colts released the names of five players who didn’t travel to Philadelphia with the team and won’t play Sunday: running back Joseph Addai (neck), tight end Brody Eldridge (rib), running back Mike Hart (ankle), linebacker Clint Session (elbow) and defensive back Justin Tryon (foot).

That’s in addition to the players we already knew were out for a lot more than just Sunday’s game, including wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez, tight end Dallas Clark and safety Bob Sanders.

Soon it might be easier just to list the Colts who aren’t hurt.

    Dayum. Oh well. Manning will still find a way to torch the Iggles secondary.

    I’ll bet in some language ‘Colt’ translates into fragile.

    @LE,
    So you’ll give me the Eagles and 21 points? You takin’ action on that? I got a yard that says you’re wrong, dead wrong.

    So that means Collie is playing? And what is it with our cornerbacks and foot injuries. Powers, Lacey and now Tryon – all with bad feet. Unless my beloved Colts can do what they did against Texas – score early, turn the D line loose on the QB and keep the ball out of the hands of the opposing offense – they will lose and lose big.

    It could just be Manning out there and somehow he’d manage to score points via pass interference and roughing the passer calls.

    i’m not sure how many people realize how many people who don’t follow the eagles know how determined mike vick is this year… the winner of this game has a good chance of ending up mvp this year.

    As long as they have Manning, they’re tough to beat.
    Hard to believe, but true.
