Jason La Canfora of NFL Network confirms that Ravens wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth is active for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins.
It represents his first NFL appearance since December of 2008. Stallworth, of course, was suspended for all of the 2009 season after violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy. He’s missed the Ravens’ first eight games with a broken foot.
According to La Canfora, Stallworth will “provide a vertical presence” off the bench, likely rotating with T.J. Houshmandzadeh in the third receiver role. Stallworth will not return punts.

Boy, you really churched up “vehicular manslaughter” there.
Hes going to be running over people all game.
It’s pretty sad when a Pats fan has the best ribbing but kudos to Belichick for President.
He will be a complete non-factor.
