Braylon Edwards' DWI charge adjourned until January 11

Jets receiver Braylon Edwards and his attorney Peter Frankel will be due back in Manhattan Criminal Court on January 11, the Tuesday before the AFC divisional playoffs.

Edwards was at the court for an appearance this morning, according to Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger. Motions are reportedly due in the case on December 1.

Vrentas mentions that the district attorney mentioned plea discussions going on, but Edwards’ attorney wouldn’t characterize them that way.

    Dear T.J. Ward
When you see #17 on Sunday or Smell his “New York Essence” getting near please crush that fool. I will chip in $10 for the fine.
