The Patriots won’t confirm the severity of kicker Stephen Gostkowski’s quad injury, but they will speak loudly with their actions.
Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald reports the team will sign Shayne Graham to replace Gostkowski for this week’s game against the Steelers. Tom Curran of Comcast Sports New England first reported Monday that Graham was expected to join the team. (That was before Curran’s death-defying turkey dodging incident.)
Graham could wind up taking some big kicks for the Patriots, who face the Steelers and Colts the next two weeks.
