Rob Ryan predicts win over brother Rex

The Cleveland Browns host the New York Jets Sunday in what projects as a defensive battle. Both teams rank among the bottom nine in points allowed, and the over-under is 37.5 -- second lowest of the week.

Rob Ryan, of course, coordinates the Browns’ defense. Rob’s identical twin brother, Rex, is the Jets’ defensive-minded head coach.

Earlier this week, Rex took it upon himself to dress up like Rob and put a bounty on his brother’s head.

Rob apparently isn’t intimidated, essentially guaranteeing a Browns upset in Week Ten. (The Jets are three-point favorites.)

Rob told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that Rex will “be very upset” with the outcome of Sunday’s contest, predicting that the Browns’ recent success against the Saints and Patriots “is going to help us and we are going to win this game.”

“This win will go a long way,” added the Browns’ defensive coordinator. “When we beat this team here, we will be 4-5.”

PFT’s take? Mike Florio sides with Rob. Gregg Rosenthal sides with Rex.
