The Giants would probably like to just forget about Sunday’s stunning 33-20 loss to the Cowboys and move on.
Unfortunately, the Cowboys left them with a few new injury problems to worry about. Kevin Boss underwent x-rays on his lower back and tailbone after the game after getting shaken up in the fourth quarter, according to the New York Daily News.
Linebacker Jonathan Goff also had to get x-rays. Asked where, Goff said “Down the hall in the x-ray room.”
New York’s mistakes on Sunday were often self inflicted. Hakeem Nicks cost his team points and dropped passes. The team’s vaunted defensive line didn’t get much pressure on Jon Kitna, and the banged-up offensive line showed wear and tear.
It was a bizarre night in New Jersey, where the power went out on two separate occasions.
“If I had known it would have ended like this, I would have kept the lights off,” owner John Mara said via Tom Rock of Newsday.

the big bad g(ay)-man fall to the lonesome cowgirls lmao lmao lmao!!the Redskins will Shock ppl and END UP TAKING THE CROWN OF THE EAST WATCH AND BELIEVE!!! HTTR!!!!!
I was never sold on the Giants. They’re no that good and will struggle to make the playoffs.
In any event, don’t call this a comeback. The Giants were caught on an off day. Maybe they even took the Cowboys lightly.
But Jason Garrett is not the answer. A real coach and a GM are the long term fix.
Oh…and throw in an owner that knows what it’s like to behave like one.
The Giants offense started the game asleep but I can’t see what’s so special about their defense. Same old lame secondary.
