AskSNF: The Pats seem to keep rolling regardless of the interchangable parts they have ever year-do you think thats mostly due to Tom Brady?
PFTonSNF: Bingo. Coaching staff helps too but its mostly Brady of course. Same thing in Indy.

I dunno I think it has alot to do with Coaching. Look at the Eagles they get chastised as a organization b/c the way they get rid of players with out remorse. No matter how great they were for the team in the past or how long they've been with the organization. Every year they do it and afterwards they just go out and find new players to take there place. But even with all that turnover every year for the last 11 years they have been in the playoff hunt. Even during seasons when there starting qb was lost to injury they still were in it. And this year that qb is gone and there still in the thick of things.

Who is the 1 person that has been here through it all. Andy Reid. This season and all the seasons Mcnabb was hurt shows u its the coach just as much as the qb that keeps teams like the Eagles, Pats and Colts on top.

The Eagles success without Mcnabb is a perfect example of how much difference a good coach can make.
