You say the “slide” started in the 2006 AFC championship game? Didn’t the Pats win the next time they played in 2007 at Indy? Duuuuuuuude, the Walsh met with the league and turned over video tapes that were quickly destroyed. Senator Spector demanded the tapes and the league made sure they were destroyed before Congress could see the extent of this scam. Exactly why I as soon as the Pittsburgh game ended, I turned the TV off, went to bed and thought no more about it.

Peyton is a great regular season QB. He sucks in the post season and throws picks in the Super Bowl.

I think the most interesting part about this fixture is that it’s being played in Foxboro for the first time in nearly 3 years.

1. Wull…Wull…all of our players are hurted and couldn’t pway.
2. Da Patwiots cheated and took thermal scans of Manning’s brain to recognize what audible he was going to call pre-snap, based on mood change.

Nobody has owned the Patriots, so get it straight. Winning in consistantly slim fashion is not owning. It’s a great rivalry, and most games come down to the wire. Just not this game, get ready for an ass-whoopin Colt-Clones.

I know that there was no luck involved when Jets beat Pats in week #2.

And there was no luck involved when the Browns absolutely pounded the Pats in week #9.

But what will be cool is if/when Pats beat the Colts this week when they host the Jets the Pats will be 5-0 at home and Jets 5-0 on the road, good stuff.

Manning is inside BBs head and the only way out is for NE to win one. This whole bad slide started in the AFC championship game when NE had an 18 point lead at the half and lost. Things really haven’t been right since. For my money that loss was way worse then the loss to the Giants in the SB. And that’s because NE had such a big lead and blew it. If I recall correctly in the Indy game during the second half most of the big offensive plays were right up the middle, which was totally humiliating for the Pats defense and BB.

I think Sundays game is a coin toss at best because even as wounded as the Colts are they still can light it up.

I believe what Bill is saying is that what’s important is the final score. We have all seen game where the “stats” do not correlate with the winner. A year ago, when asked about stats, it was in regard to personel stats (Moss) not team stats. There is a hierachy – but top of it all relates to who wins. “We play to win the game” not put up numbers.

I guess if my team got destroyed by another for years I’d be bitter too, but not that bitter. But hey, maybe Big Ben wouldn’t have 2 rings if his thirst for rape wasn’t getting quenched each week…haha…
