How weird will it be if VJ and Ajirotutu are the starting wideouts next week at Indy? Like VJ or not, he was pumped on the sidelines last night, has been practicing for weeks, and will have a huge game next week in Indy. The Chargers are coming to knock Peyton out of the playoffs!

natelan, I am a Chargers fan also, but I can not believe WR Jackson would do anything other than his best. His feud is with AJ Smith, not the players or the coaches. Rivers and the other team leaders would not stand for any problems for a second.
If VJ does dog it at all, AJ can suspend him for conduct unbecoming which is in all contracts. If VJ misses even one game by suspension, this year will not count for years in.

I’m a Chargers fan. VJ sat out all this time because he’s selfish and doesn’t care about the team. He only came back to earn a full year and pickup a pay check.

What assurances are there that he will play at 100% of his potential?

I think he’s toxic and I would sit him.

Knowing him, he would probably intentionally drop balls and cause penalties.
