Well, I’m not a Steelers fan. It’s just my opinion that Big Ben took that shot and tried to draw a penalty (or, more accurately, ensure a penalty) on Seymour. I don’t think Ben is soft, nor do I think it was right for him to gloat in Seymour’s face.

Watch the very slow motion replay. Seymour gets him with a glancing blow and about a half-second LATER, Ben jerks backward and then goes down.

Again, Seymour likely deserves worse than he got, but Ben deserved at least a yellow card.

That is the funniest / most honest post I have seen yet on the subject. “sucker-punch” or not, Ben couldn’t have gone down that easily. My first thought was he watches too much soccer. Of course, he did get Raiders best player off the field. So he might be smarter than we have given him credit for.
