I dont agree with Peppers getting the award. Whats more valueable 3 sacks or 3 turnovers? Asante had 2 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery. I find that alot more impressive then 3 sacks. He also made some very nice tackles and shut down the Giants top 5 passing attack when they threw his way.

Jennings is a helluva player and one of the few Packers I can stomach. That being said, I assume he only reeceived this award because they couldn’t give the credit to Chris Cook and co. in the Viking Secondary? Without taking away from Greg’s day, even TJ Houshmandzadeh could have lit up the Vikes on sunday

Although Peppers’ sack totals aren’t outstanding so far this season, he’s gotta be the Bears D MVP this year. I’ve never seen a defensive player create so many big plays (things that don’t show up in the box score) in my life.

Well, I guess I was wrong about the Bears overpaying for Peppers. Thought he might be anothe Haynesworth. That wasn’t the case.
