Titans receiver Kenny Britt will not be charged for a bar brawl last month.
Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that the district attorney will not be charging Britt. Police talked to more than a dozen witnesses in the case, and the detective investigating concluded that Britt shouldn’t be charged.
One man, Bradford Miser, has been charged with assault in connection with the fight. The initial police report said that Britt punched another man who was fighting with Miser.
Britt isn’t expected to face NFL discipline. The Titans benched him for the first quarter of the first game after the incident.
