Based on vicks past I have more facts to back up my opinion. All you have is his current public image created by his P.R. team. All you have is what any person in the American public and someone of his celebrity would say and do after getting out of prison.

I actually didn’t catch where you “dissed” my daugher because I certainly would have said something about it. You can’t say that his publicist is behind all of his actions just as much as I can’t say that he isn’t. We don’t know that, and never will. What we do know is that he is an excellent QB who screwed up. He did his time, he appears to be remorseful, and he’s doing the right things (whether on his own or on the suggestion of his publicist). And for us, his fans, it’s enough. He can’t take back what he did. He can only admit his faults, take the consequences, then do his best to redeem himself. Basically, everything he did and is doing. Saying he doesn’t deserve what he has is false. From a professional standpoint, he has certainly proven that he deserves to be back in the NFL. From a moral standpoint, who are we to decide? Someone else mentioned how it’s so clear that people are putting the lives of dogs above human life. I often say this myself, and this alone prove that people do not think he doesn’t deserve to play in the NFL, but that he doesn’t deserve success. This has been proven by the sudden rise in people speaking out against him as soon as he became successful. When donte stallworth catches a ball or perhaps scores a touchdown, are people yelling “human killer!” no, they’re not. So why does Vick deserve all the dog killer comments? Oh duh, bc they’re dogs, not humans. Silly me. As I said before, the past cannot be changed, and mike Vick has certainly made history in many ways, but I say we look to the present and concentrate on what he is doing now, all the good, and perhaps we can slowly begin to forgive him.
