Don’t hire Shannahan if he gets the boot from Washington. He might overhaul something that is already good (Redskin Defence of last year) and neglect something that needs alot of work (Redskin Offence of last year).

NO, they should play hard because they are professionals getting paid MILLIONS to play a game, that they in theory love. Whether you like your job every day or not, it’s your DUTY to give it your all. They should play as hard as possible because their owner (and fans) are paying their salaries and that’s their JOB. Otherwise, give back the pro-rated amount of your salary and watch at home (like Fat Albert). PERIOD.
