It’s been a mostly quiet season both on and off the field for Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones this year. But Jones is back in the news this week, after a judge told the Bengals to garner Jones’ wages to pay a debt he owes to a car dealer.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Jones defaulted on leases for a 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe and a 2006 Bentley Flying Spur. Jones owes the car dealer more than $250,000 for not making payments and for not making repairs after he crashed the Bentley, plus interest and legal fees.

Jones’ salary this year is $545,000, and he has four more paychecks coming, each worth about $32,000 before taxes. So he’ll still owe the car dealer money even after his final four checks are garnished.

Which means Jones’ wages will likely be garnished in 2011 as well. If he has any wages in 2011.

UPDATE: Per a league source, Pacman’s contract contains a “split” provision, which reduces his pay if he is placed on injured reserve. The source says that, because he’s on IR, Jones will receive only $397,000 this year.
