Giants-Vikings will be televised on DirecTV

Giants-Vikings will be available to subscribers of DirecTV’s Sunday Ticket; now they just need to figure where the game is being played following the collapse of the Metrodome’s roof.

The game had been rescheduled to 8 pm ET Monday night.  If the start time doesn’t move, folks with DirecTV can flip back and forth between Giants-Vikings, and Ravens-Texans, which starts 40 minutes later.  Giants-Vikings will be available in the local markets to everyone.

Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports the league is on a conference call trying to figure out what the league will do now.

  1. the real question (since i’ll be leaving my Sunday Ticket subscribing house) today is………what game is FOX Televising in the local NY market now at 1pm?

  2. Why dont they just forget this game altogether seeing as how the Vikings shot at anything was blown oh…back when Favre screwed them out of drafting a stud QB out of the draft and developing him. He must feel awesome being the only QB in history to use a cain to come out of the tunnel.

Watching Favre this season has been like watching the end of the Terminator movies. The machine is literally falling apart but it just keeps coming…

Yea, but his goofy streak is still alive and that’s what this is all about. Wheel that douche out there on a gurney and let him take a snap!
