Tebow didn’t play as well as the media hyped it to be, but he did alright considering it was his first start. nobody should have expected world class stats out of the guy. My only gripe was the broadcast crew. I hope to God we don’t have to put up with the kind of ball washing they gave Tebow every time he plays. It was over the top, and truly unwarranted. They acted as if he was the next coming of Joe Montana. Fact is, he had a below average game for an NFL QB, but a decent game for a guy starting for the first time. He still has a lot of work to do though.

Tebow has the top passer rating in the NFL this season. Until that changes Fat Sap should stick a Rex Ryan sock in his mouth.

Incorrect. Antwaan Randle El does. He has a perfect 158.3 ranking.

1) Traded draft picks to pick Tebow in 1st round, when no one was expected to draft him in the first 3 rounds.

2) Got rid of Cutler who had passed for 4000 yards.

3) Got rid of Brandon Marshall, their best WR.

4) Traded Peyton Hillis and draft picks for Brady Quinn (Hillis is averaging 4.5 yards per carry and has 14 TDs for the clowns).

What’s my point? McDaniel is a moron who thinks he’s Bill Bilicheck. Tebow is just one of th emany moronic moves he made. It’s almost as if he was there just to ruin the Broncos. It would be hard to to a better job of that.

Tebow played well within the limited game plan he was given. The Raider players themselves said the guy can play and has a promising future as an NFL QB.

Looks as if Tebow stacks up pretty well with some other high profile QB’s that started as rookies.

If you expect a rookie to look like a five year vet, then I understand if you think Tebow wasn’t very impressive. But, I’d question your agenda.

You couldn’t be more right. Though almost none of them ever admit it MANY of the Tebow haters are just praying (to what I don’t know) for him to fail because of his faith. The kid threw a TD pass, had another dropped and ran a 40 yard TD in his very first start. He could score 4 TDs this week and the Sapps of the world will find a plethora of excuses. I’d like to know how many QBs in NFL history have run a 40 yard TD in their first start.

Sapp you are a worthless, has-been blowhard. We Buccaneer fans were glad to see you go. The Bucs wouldn’t even talk to your agent and weren’t about to renew your contract at any price. And you sure did stink it up in Oakland.

Hate to play the race card, but if Tebow was black, he might not have been drafted, or at best, he would have been moved to half-back, TE or defense.
