7:57
AskSNF: How do I improve my stream quality
PFTonSNF: Flomax?

8:00
PFTonSNF: Good evening, by the way. Happy New Year. It’s non-Sunday Sunday Night Football. Enjoy.

8:01
AskSNF: Is Adrian Peterson active for tonights game?
PFTonSNF: Yes. Adrian Peterson will play tonight.

8:01
AskSNF: who is going to win tonight
PFTonSNF: Eagles are looking good right now and they’re playing for a bye week.

8:04
AskSNF: Is Joe Webb the long-term answer at QB for the Vikes in the long run?
PFTonSNF: Possibly. He has skills but he’s very raw.

8:05
AskSNF: Do you think Hali and Cassell should have gotten nods for the pro-bowl? Any others missing in your opinion?
PFTonSNF: We’ll be breaking all of that down at PFT in the coming days.

8:06
AskSNF: do u see any hypocrisy that game play is tonight and 2 weeks ago it was on monday night? high profile vs low profile = more?
PFTonSNF: The difference is that Giants-Vikings wasn’t nationally televised. Vikings-Eagles is.

8:06
AskSNF: Besides Michael Vick, who has to be the X-factor in beating the Vikings tonight?
PFTonSNF: The defense rattling Joe Webb.

8:07
AskSNF: when will the NFL go back to the old days of playing in any weather. This is starting to get ridiculous.
PFTonSNF: This case was an aberration and it would have presented public safety issues given the intensity of the storm after the game.

8:08
PFTonSNF: Eight years ago, Vick made the Vikings look like the Keystone Cops. Based on that first run, it could be happening again tonight.

8:11
AskSNF: will brett farve make an entry later in the game ?
PFTonSNF: Favre is out. Won’t be playing.

8:11
AskSNF: who should be the new vikings quarterback
PFTonSNF: They should have kept Sage Rosenfels.

8:12
AskSNF: Where did the snow go?
PFTonSNF: Pat Williams ate it all.

8:13
AskSNF: Is Haley a top contender for COY after winning a division the Chargers were supposed to dominate?
PFTonSNF: Yes, but that could be worst thing that happens to Chiefs. Haley already thinks he’s Parcells without external validation.

8:13
AskSNF: In 1948 the eagles played the nfl championship in worse snow and they packed the seats
PFTonSNF: Yes but back in those days we all lived in caves, too.

8:14
AskSNF: Do you think Favre will play next week against the Lions or has he played his last game?
PFTonSNF: I think Favre has played his last game. . . . Until 2011 season.

8:16
AskSNF: Given the weather situation that made this game happen tonight, do you think an 18 game season will happen now?
PFTonSNF: This won’t keep NFL from expanding to 18 games.

8:17
AskSNF: Why is the NFL refusing to act on Favre and his sexting scandle?
PFTonSNF: Decision will come Wednesday or Thursday.

8:19
AskSNF: do the vikes have any shot at bill cowher?
PFTonSNF: Vikings won’t be in play for Cowher. It will be a surprise if Leslie Frazier doesn’t get that job.

8:19
AskSNF: what do the redskins need to do to get better
PFTonSNF: New owner.

8:20
AskSNF: I really have to go to the bathroom, but I love watching a game without Favre playing. I also like commericals. What should I do?
PFTonSNF: Put a TV in your bathroom. Or a toilet in your living room.

8:20
AskSNF: What about those Detroit Lions?
PFTonSNF: Everybody’s trendy pick for playoffs in 2011.

8:21
AskSNF: Right now, what are the chances that there will be no football next season?
PFTonSNF: Unfortunately, I think there’s now a good chance of it.

8:22
AskSNF: Do you think the Eagles will get the first round bye for the playoffs?
PFTonSNF: Yes. Bears lose to Packers and Eagles win out and Philly is No. 2.

8:24
AskSNF: Who do you think will get coach of the year?
PFTonSNF: Belichick deserves it. Todd Haley is my guess though.

8:24
AskSNF: All those scotch & splendas add up when you’re at the hotel 2 extra days, huh?
PFTonSNF: I ran out of Splenda. I had to use Sweet ‘N’ Low.

8:25
AskSNF: Are the Bengals a better team without T.O. and Ochocinco?
PFTonSNF: Yes. In 2011, I think teams will move away from diva receivers.

8:26
AskSNF: If there is a strike will the owners bring in replacement players?
PFTonSNF: It will be a lockout not a strike. For a lockout, I don’t think replacement players are permitted.

8:28
AskSNF: do you think that the eagles have what it takes to go all the way
PFTonSNF: Maybe. They need to beef up their defense a bit.

8:28
AskSNF: Will the Titans keep Moss, and if they do will they make the Playoffs next year.
PFTonSNF: No and maybe. Depends on who the coach and quarterback are.

8:29
AskSNF: Do you think Jay Cutler can lead the bears to the super bowl?
PFTonSNF: Possibly. They need No. 2 seed.

8:30
AskSNF: Is there any chance the 49ers can land Jim Harbaugh or Jon Gruden?
PFTonSNF: Maybe Harbaugh. Not Gruden.

8:31
AskSNF: Will Fraiser be the Vikings coach next year?
PFTonSNF: Crane? Niles could be his defensive coordinator.

8:31
AskSNF: Do you think the eagles will sign a contract with vick
PFTonSNF: I think they’ll use the franchise tag.

8:32
AskSNF: What do you think of the Ravens Superbowl chances?
PFTonSNF: Ravens will be a dangerous team. They have played five road postseason games in two years, and they have won three.

8:35
AskSNF: Mike, who will be the Vikings coach next year?
PFTonSNF: Frazier.

8:36
AskSNF: Do you see Jason Garret at Dallas next year, or some “trendy” pick by Jones?
PFTonSNF: If not Garrett, then Jeff Fisher.

8:37
AskSNF: Do the Eagles have enough on D to make it far in the playoffs ?
PFTonSNF: That’s the real question. They may have to outscore everyone they play.

8:39
AskSNF: What are the chances of the Vikings moving to LA?
PFTonSNF: 20-80 they move, I think.

8:41
AskSNF: Who will in your opinion will be the next coach of the Dallas Cowboys ?
PFTonSNF: Jason Garrett or Jeff Fisher. If Fisher comes available, I think it could be him.

8:42
AskSNF: Would they be called the Vikings if they move ??
PFTonSNF: Probably. Unless they do a Browns deal and leave the name behind.

8:44
AskSNF: Will John Fox be the Giants coach next year?
PFTonSNF: Would Coughlin for Fox really be an upgrade?

8:45
AskSNF: Is This Years Patriots better than 07 Patriots?
PFTonSNF: Not on defense but overall as strong. No pressure to stay unbeaten.

8:46
AskSNF: Do the falcons have a good chance of winning or atleast getting to the super bowl?
PFTonSNF: When a team relies on winning close games their luck can run out quickly.

8:47
AskSNF: Mike, did you win with your fantasy team this year?
PFTonSNF: I’m in championship next week if Adrian Peterson doesn’t go berserk tonight.

8:49
AskSNF: If Morningwhig goes to the Browns does Chilly slip back into O coordinator for the Eagles?
PFTonSNF: Possibility. But I’m not sure the Millen stench has worn off of Marty yet.

8:51
AskSNF: Is Raheem Morris the real deal? I think Josh Freeman could make Rod Marinelli look good.
PFTonSNF: I think special things are going to happen in Tampa.

8:52
AskSNF: Do you think the Indanapolis Colts will make it to the Playoffs this year?
PFTonSNF: Yes.

8:53
AskSNF: What do you think about Aaron Rodgers not making the Pro Bowl?
PFTonSNF: I think it’s good for the Packers and will motivate Rodgers.

8:54
AskSNF: Do you think the Saints have a shot at the big game?
PFTonSNF: Yes but they likely need to do it the hard way this year, winning games on the road.

8:57
AskSNF: Does McNabb have a good chance of landing in Arizona next year?
PFTonSNF: Cards weren’t interested last year. Why would they be more interested this year?

8:59
AskSNF: Who do you think are the top 4 Teams in the league are? in Order.
PFTonSNF: Check the PFT power rankings tomorrow for the answer. (Yes, I have no shame when it comes to promoting the site.)

8:59
AskSNF: Mike, who is your gut to coach the cowboys next season?
PFTonSNF: My gut isn’t interested in the job.

9:00
AskSNF: What are the Chiefs chances in the playoffs????
PFTonSNF: I think they’ll win at home, and they’ll be dangerous on the road.

9:01
AskSNF: Is Tony Romo going to be the quarterback in Dallas next year?
PFTonSNF: Probably.

9:02
AskSNF: Do you think the Bengals will keep Carson Palmer, or trade him?
PFTonSNF: Looking at how he played without T.O. and Ochocinco, I think they may keep him, if Marvin Lewis stays.

9:03
AskSNF: Mike, rookie of the year Bradford????
PFTonSNF: Yes, on offense. Suh or McCourty on defense.

9:03
AskSNF: Will Coughlin be fired if Giants miss the playoffs this season?
PFTonSNF: I think there’s a good chance of it.

9:05
AskSNF: How real is Webb …..is he the starter next year?
PFTonSNF: With a lockout possibly cutting down the offseason program, it will be hard for him to get the reps.

9:06
AskSNF: What is St Louis chances of beating New Orleans?
PFTonSNF: Slim, but not impossible.

9:07
AskSNF: Over/under 16 games played in the 2011 NFL season. Which do you take?
PFTonSNF: Definitely 16 in 2011. 18 would be a year or two away.

9:08
AskSNF: Your thoughts on the end of the Jimmy Clausen era?
PFTonSNF: I barely noticed it had begun.

9:08
AskSNF: Do you think Cincy will bring back TO next season??
PFTonSNF: No way.

9:10
AskSNF: Do you think Haley is the coach of the year?
PFTonSNF: I give Raheem Morris more credit but Bucs woul ahve to make playoffs.

9:12
AskSNF: Do you think Tim Tebow is going to be a starting QB for Broncos next year?
PFTonSNF: Depends on who the coach is.

9:16
AskSNF: Will Vince Young be back in Tennessee next year?
PFTonSNF: Probably.

9:16
AskSNF: Who do you think the 49ers will look to hire as their GM?
PFTonSNF: I think Trent Baalke is the guy.

9:20
AskSNF: Who do you think wil get T.O. next year? will he ever get a multi-year contract again?
PFTonSNF: Not sure, and no.

9:26
AskSNF: You are the most boring guest ever on the B.S. Report.
PFTonSNF: That’s quite an accomplishment, considering I’ve never been on it.

9:27
AskSNF: Will the Browns fire Mangini?
PFTonSNF: Possibly. It’s up in the air right now.

9:29
PFTonSNF: Sack, fumble, recovery, touchdown, Winfield!

9:34
AskSNF: Are you gonna be on at half time?
PFTonSNF: Postgame, with Bob and Tony.

9:34
AskSNF: Mike, what is your assessment on how far the Pack will go in the post season if they beat the bears next week
PFTonSNF: Packers may be like the ’07 Giants.

9:35
AskSNF: do you know what your talking about?
PFTonSNF: No. But please keep that between us. Thanks.

9:37
AskSNF: mike did the ’68 VW van make it thourgh the snow all right with all the snow?
PFTonSNF: The ’68 VW bus has been retired. I travel exclusively by moped now.

I gotta laugh! Trying to say that the Vikings shoulda kept Sage! What a joke!

It is obvious that the Vikings wanted to keep Webb as the third QB so either TJack or Sage had to go. The Vikings KNEW they could get absolutely nothing for TJack, but they got a draft pick in getting rid of Sage.

Comes down to $$. Cut TJack and continue to pay him for sitting on his a$$ or get something for the other career second string QB the Vikes had!

Why in the world did the side judge stop the play on that first drive so the eagles could substitute instead of getting a Delay of game. Also what was that PI call where they gave them 20 extra yards. As well as the no review in the Monday night game on that last terrible spot.

Hello ? ! the Mayor of Philadelphia issued the emergency effecting dictating no one to be on the roads.. etc etc.. including football players to fans.

I would hope a zillion chinese marching doing calculus has more to do with the military pointing rifles at them versus:

    COMMON SENSE ! (Thomas Paine)…

versus.. a HAS BEEN POLITICIAN !

He should have worried more about getting Pennsylvanians work, instead more people have left PA, (census, less people, and now lost 2 more Congressmen, and same as 10 years ago, so for 20 years (Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania have lost population (and jobs) and Congressmen!

    Just go away Politicians.

I love the Owner… placing snow on Rendell seat with a sign: Reserved for non wussie (words to that effect !)

How does Belichick deserve coach of the year?

His team made the playoffs last year, so it’s not like he’s coaching a bad team.

The only adversity they faced was trading Randy Moss.

How about starting a season without your 1st qb and then having your best defender get legislated out of the game because he hits too hard, all the while maintaining pace for the 2nd seed in the AFC? The Steelers didn’t even make the playoffs last year!

Raheem Morris made a 3-13 team into a potential playoff team. The Chiefs won the AFC west and won 4 games last year. Atalanta is going to have homefield advantage throughout the playoffs and they didn’t even make the playoffs last year!

There are a bunch of coaches that have done more with less.

My vote goes to Tomlin because his team has actually overcome adversity to this point.

The ’07 Giants were a fluke. This year’s Packers aren’t that blessed.
