If you thought John Skelton vs. Stephen McGee on Christmas night was a thrill, wait until Jets fans get to see Mark Brunell vs. Brian Brohm at the New Meadowlands Stadium on Sunday.

Mark Sanchez is expected to start for the Jets, but likely won’t play for long before giving way to Brunell. The Bills look ready to give Brohm his second career start because Ryan Fitzpatrick hasn’t practiced all week.

Fitzpatrick (knee) is officially questionable and a game-time decision, but it’s very rare for a quarterback to play on Sunday without practicing all week.

The Bills are down to three healthy wide receivers with Lee Evans long gone and Donald Jones and David Nelson both ruled out.
