Wow, thought he was goner for sure. The NFL should strip Carolina and Jacksonville of both franchises. Both owners are obviously committed to mediocrity, both are small markets, and both dont have the history, or fanbase to be allowed to exist. Give another owner/city an shot.

Seriously, I don’t get it this guy’s teams always tank at the end of the season.

Last season the Jags start out 7-5, then tank and lose their last 4 games to end the season 7-9.

This season the Jags start out 7-5, then tank and lose their last 3 out of 4 games to finish 8-8.

Time for change if you ask me.

As a Colts fan, thank you Wayne Weaver. At least one more year of not having to worry about the Jaguars doing anything inside the division. Hopefully the Texans will hang on to Kubiak also.

The Jaguars suffer from never being quite crappy enough to get a franchise draft pick, while never being quite good enough to attract top free agents. Perhaps when they move to L.A. that will change.
