So if Brady is a top caliber hall of fame QB without any question and Sanchez is a young inexperienced rookie who still makes a lot of mistakes it would be fair to say NE should be dominating the Jets but that doesnt seem to be happening at all.
--------------------------------------------------------
You don't call 45-3 "dominating"? Rex Ryan calls it dominating, and he obviously knows a bit about dominating ..... and humiliation.

Just ask Michelle.

Brady is the best qb playing today...there's no question. Possibly one of the best of all time.
Sanchez...not the best by any means and has some things to work on and has only been in the league for 2 years.

NFL Career:
Brady: 145 NFL starts 18 playoff games Played in 4 Superbowls

Sanchez: 31 NFL starts 4 playoff games 0 Superbowls

Since Sanchez has been in the league:
NY vs NE games:
9/20/09 NYJ win 16-9
11/22/09 NE wins 31-14
9/19/10 NYJ win 28-14
12/6/10 NE wins 45-3

Playoff games
NE loses 1 of 1 game 0 Superbowl games
NYJ win 3 of 4 games 0 Superbowl games

So if Brady is a top caliber hall of fame QB without any question and Sanchez is a young inexperienced rookie who still makes a lot of mistakes it would be fair to say NE should be dominating the Jets but that doesnt seem to be happening at all.

So stop hating! The kid made it to the AFC Championship game in his rookie year with a rookie headcoach...with all that can be said negative something is being done right.

I love how everyone is so sure the pats will win Sunday. It's funny how nobody remembers wk 2 when the jets beat the pats by two td's. But I guess that doesn't count right to all the haters. No doubt the jets got whipped last time but they are a much better team than that. Every team has bad games throughout the year. For all the sanchez haters go back and look at the stats from that game cause he outplayed the great Brady. Pats are no lock no team is as we saw with seattle yesterday. So all you haters stfu and wait to talk s**t till after the game if the pats win. It will be close game. Book it !!

@gogronk :

Put Sanchez's play last night against almost any other defense in the playoffs, and the Yets go home. They scored a measly 17 points against a horrible Colts defense last night.

Seventeen.

They held the ball for nine straight minutes in the second half, keeping the "World's Greatest Quartrback"on the bench. What kind of playoff caliber defense lets a team keep the ball for nine solid minutes?

And when Manning DID have the ball, where was the Peyton Manning we've seen in years past? I've seen this guy carve up much better defenses than last night's Jets, yet even with Reggie Wayne and a very good Garcon, along with both Rhodes and Addai, the Colts looked completely flat. Sixteen points against a defense that gave up forty five against a "clearly inferior" Tom Brady? Are you kidding me?

The Colts last night were about as bad a team as I've ever seem them be, on both sides of the ball, and made the Yets feel like a team that belongs in the tournament. That won't last long when they've got to face a team that so thoroughly b---h-slapped them a few weeks ago.

Just like their entire season, the Jets squeak out a last second win with a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

Unfortunately, thanks to Rex's slam on Brady last week, this is going to end very ugly for the Jets.

Man that's a great winning tradition they are building there. They already bagged two offseason championships since he arrived and if Sanchez wins another 1-2 playoff games during his career he'll likely set the franchises wins record for the next century.

Next Sunday smells like defeet for Ryan and team. How sweet that it will be the Patriots who get to beat them down.

Let's see: Jets beat a team in the playoffs that went 10 and 6 at their house. 2 TD drives that took over 15 minutes off the clock in the 2nd half to keep Peyton off the field. 1 pick by Sanchez that was about 6 inches too high. (Seemed to be overthrowing a lot last night) D holds the Colts to 16 points. Perfect game plan and executed perfectly in the second half. First half was a dud for the offense.
Don't try and blame injuries for the Colts loss, we lost our safety and nose tackle (huge losses) and injuries are part of the game.
The Jets could cure cancer and you losers would still find something to bitch about.
Great win for a very good team. Hopefully next week we finally shut up you pathetic, ignorant, dregs of society.

Time to shut the Soon To Be Chumps Up till next season when the Jets will have won their Paper Lombardi Trophys again !

REX SAYS: "We've got to tip our hat to our offense. It was unbelievable," said Ryan, whose bravado made him a summer sensation in HBO's "Hard Knocks" series. "I mean, we totally dominated the second half offensively. On defense, we had to hold serve. Against Peyton, you're not going to stop him completely, but our guys played well enough to get it done and keep him out of the end zone. Our offense was just spectacular."
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Rex, but your Jets looked pathetic and the Colts looked even worse. The only reason you won (by a TWO points) is because of stupid Indy coaching and lousy Colt's defense. AND the Colt's offensive injuries certainly helped you out.

You want to see "spectacular", watch your last game with the Patriots. Maybe you will get to see spectacular again!

Patriots are going to lay another BEATDOWN on the Jets. If you look at it rationally the Jets just aren't that good. They barely beat the Colts and the Colts are a shell of themselves.....did you see the way Sanchez was throwing the ball wild high for most of the night?

Pats will focus on stopping the Jets running game and let Sanchez try and beat them (which he can't)....besides the fact he's just an average QB to begin with, California boy Sanchez can't handle the cold and it's sure to be cold next Sunday in Foxboro......BOOK IT!.....another Pats blowout of the Jets coming up.

Saturday night’s win over the Colts gave the second-year quarterback the most postseason wins in team history."

----------

Team history Mike - not like the Jets have a winning history.

Snowball's chance in hell that they will even add one playoff victory to this total.

At first I wanted the Colts to win just out of pure spite. But as I watched the Jets play, I changed my mind. I felt that if the Jets win and come to NE it is a SURE THING for the Patriots.

Let's face it Mike- the Jets, and the Colts, looked pathetic last night.

Once upon a time, the Jets won the Super Bowl. So... let's not give Sanchez any credit here. It's obvious the team was in the tank and never had a chance to succeed in the playoffs... right?

The Jets defense looked pretty good, and by pretty good, I don't mean '85 bears or '00 Ravens good.

The only way that offense is going to the super bowl is with 11 plane tickets and a rent-a-car.
