Third massage therapist says she won’t sue Favre, Jets

In an appearance last week on PFT Live, the lawyer representing the two massage therapists who claim that former Jets quarterback Brett Favre sexually harassed them said that the unnamed therapist who was the direct recipient of text messages from Favre that propositioned her could be joining the suit.

The woman in question has told TMZ that she won’t be.

Amanda Oswald said that, after receiving the “bad intentions” text message from Favre, she told him she wasn’t interested. And he said “OK.” And that was the end of it.

“I do believe it was inappropriate,” Oswald told TMZ. “I can’t say I was being harassed.”

She also said she hasn’t worked for the Jets since the day of the incident. Lawyer David Jaroslowicz claims that his clients, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, were never hired again by the Jets after Scavo’s husband complained directly to Favre about the advances.
