I will say this: if you think that you’re getting inside that stadium and sitting down for anything close to $200, you’re delusional.

The NFL record for the stadium is 105,121 and those were all in the stadium. That includes the pavilion, which is standing room only and I guess the price for that won’t be close to the regular season price of $29.

SO ….let us look at match-ups for a moment.
Steelers will need a little extra help on O-Line and Def Backfield due to the current news of Pouncey being unlikely to play – along with Packers reliance on Pass Heavy Offense.

Bears let Rodgers move the ball with precise passing game and strong WR’s (1st half) …Steelers must counter that with putting an extra DB or two on active roster for SB.

MUST drop A. Battle (WR) and/or Randle El (WR), and put Pouncey on IR or inactive list if he can’t go.

Come Super Bowl Sunday, Steelers should have a combination of three players added to roster such as;

26 W. Allen (S) = DB who is solid & special team player [injured last game]

28 C. Butler (CB) = decent Def. Back use in nickel and dime coverage

61 C. Scott (OT) = help spell line if Pouncey out

66 T. Hills (OT) = has played during season helping the O-Line shuffle

Ok – Steeler fans, what do you say. At times our team will need to play a 2 – 4 – 5 alignment so they can jam the Packer Receivers AND flood the passing lanes. This will have to alternate with a 3 – 3 – 5 alignment & 3 – 4 – 4 alignment so Packers keep guessing. Of course Steelers can blitz or CB blitz or LB blitz out of any of these combinations.

EXECUTE – EXECUTE – EXECUTE ….and on Offense Run – Run – Run, that will help keep Rodgers off field and not give him ability to get into a passing rythm !!!
