Gregg Williams won’t interview with Titans, after all

Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams isn’t going anywhere.

Although Williams was expected to interview for the Titans head coaching job Thursday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter now reports that Williams withdrew from consideration.

It’s the second time this offseason that Williams has withdrawn from a head-coaching interview; he also planned to interview with the Broncos and then changed his mind.

All indications are that Mike Munchak remains the favorite in Tennessee, although the fact that the Titans are trying to schedule other interviews could mean he’s not a slam dunk.

Gregg looks to have some glorious manboobs in that picture. He’s a hell of a defensive coordinator, but wasn’t that good as a head coach. I wonder if the nepotism factor had any influence in his decision to withdraw from this HC interview.
