Question Response 1: “I was informed by the organization that I will be assuming a greater team responsibility and time requirement without an increase in my position coach salary, yes.”

Question Response 2: “We are evaluating a number of qualified candidates – along the lines of the coaching salary budget – for the coordinator positions and the position coach openings. Hmmm? Yes, the interviews are being planned and conducted around the rigors of their own team schedules, but we won’t need to contact local High School superintendents for permission to speak with their head coaches, or local small school college AD’s to speak with Graduate assistants. Our search will be thorough and intense.”
