Hope that works out for them. Art Shell had Jackie Slater on his staff and they had one of the worst offensive lines I can remember. Good players don’t always make good coaches.

Besides in Houston Matthews was like 3rd in line when it came to coaching the OL, he wasn’t the main man. So overall this will be a better move for him not only in his personal life but in coaching too.
