Excuse me? Zero arrests or charges, zero violations of NFL policy, zero prior warnings, zero team disciplinary procedures, and an investigative finding by state police and crime lab that no rape occurred–a finding Goodell said his investigators found no reason to doubt–was enough to get Ben Roethlisberger suspended for 4-6 weeks. But arrests with charges reduced to misdemeanors isn’t worthy of league interest … just like Vince Young’s assault arrest wasn’t worthy of interest … and Brandon Underwood soliciting and slapping around hookers while his wife gave birth wasn’t worthy of interest.

Hypocrisy, thy name is Goodell.
