Getty ImagesRedskins safety LaRon Landry had surgery 10 days ago to repair a dislocated left wrist that has been bothering him for close to five months.
Landry told the Washington Post that he suffered the injury during Week 2 and knew it was bad that night, but he kept playing on it because, “You do what you gotta do.” Landry’s wrist will be in a cast for 4-6 weeks.
Although the Redskins listed Landry as questionable with a wrist injury on the Week 3 injury report, he managed to start that game and six more games before a badly strained left Achilles’ tendon resulted in him going on Injured Reserve on December 13.
Landry said his Achilles’ tendon feels like it’s “about 90 percent,” but he hasn’t started running yet.
He can always take some Midol…….Or perhaps hire a landscaper after DJax face planted him on National TV….The again, this is the typical NFL moron, “you do what ya gotta do”…..oh you mean flex the guns after the running back gains 11 yards and gets a first down while down 35-7 in the first quarter…

The skins were picked by everybody to be #4 in the East. And they did. All of the fans knew it was going to happen due to the way Snyder ran the team for 10 years.
You, however, will be seduced by Jerry Jones for the next 30 years, because he THINKS he knows what he is doing.. and will get you a 10-6 playoff team every once in a while. Maybe even an NFC East Champion every 5 years too. However, you will NEVER get another Super Bowl win as long as he is the GM. He just isn’t smart enough.
So. While us Redskins fans watch our team climb out of what was handed to us for the last 10 years with a new regime that looks promising, your team will continue to be a mediocre team at best. But that’s fine with you, because you, like MOST cowboy fans, are a bandwagon fan who only comes around after your teams starts playing well or finally wins a play off game.

LaRon Landry is a beast, enough said. easily one of the best strong safties in the league. he won the pro bowl voting and he was on injured reserve.
Another tendon strain, from a guy that seems to have bulked up a whole lot since he got into the pros… where there’s smoke…
