Since Ron Meeks was retained as defensive coordinator and considering Rivera worked under Lovie Smith in Chicago’s version of the T-2 and he stated he wouldn’t be changing things on defense.

I could easily see taking Peterson and finding a good DT in a later round, especially with an aging Chris Gamble and a struggling Richard Marshall.

I don’t understand why nobody is behind Fitzpatrick.. dude played well on a sucky team, it would be unfair and premature to assume he’s not their guy. He did enough (imo) to get a crack at it for one more year.. Buffalo sucks in many areas, QB definitely shouldn’t be addressed that early

I am all for it in round three and beyond, but no way is he first round talent. That would be a reeeeeeach pick in which the Seahawks have no room for error so they have to go with a sure player and its not him. I will give you credit for thinking outside the box.
