As a cancer survivor myself. I would hope this is one of those wake-up moments for young men all over the country. Please pay attention to your body and the advise of your doctors. Get all the tests you can get .
That’s way to young.

Have had it for years.

I beat prostate cancer, cause it was caught early. Have a colonoscopy every 3 years. Next one is 3/14/11.

realitypolice…the thumbs down are haters of the boys and most likely loser 4skin fans…….It is really disgusting to not support a guy who busted his ass playing football for our enjoyment and put aside the hate for a team. Way to young to pass and a very sad story!!!!

I wish I could confront some of these thumb down guys in person as it would enjoyable….for me that is.

Always add Cancer insurance to your policy. The stats of men dying from cancer is very high. Be smart and get checked. Not knowing IS NOT better than knowing. Cancer caught early can be cured.

Ben Fricke strikes me as a name worth remembering.

His life sounds like just a regular hard working joesixpack who’s life is worth honoring as much – if not more, than most of the famous names in football.

This is very sad for his wife and 2 children to have to go through. Colon cancer is a horrible way to go and 35 is far too young to go through it. My condolences to his family.
