Keep Matt Flynn for one more year as concussion insurance for Rodgers and to give Flynn some meaningful game experience, then trade him before he gets frustrated and wants out as a free agent.

Kaepernick’s parents were high school sweethearts at nearby New London Senior High, and most of Colin’s fondest relatives still live there. He would offer a dynamic option as a Wildcat QB should the Packers choose to go that route and be a suitable replacement should the next legend have to retire in a couple of years.
