Rams scout charged with public nudity, not public intoxication

On Friday, Rams scout Luke Driscoll was arrested with public intoxication and public nudity in Indianapolis after being spotted urinating on a building.  He then allegedly exposed himself to a female police officer.

According to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Driscoll now has been charged with public nudity only, and not with public intoxication.

It’s a misdemeanor, punishable by no more than 60 days in jail and up to a $500 fine.  Driscoll’s bigger problem could be the league’s punishment under the personal conduct policy — and the team’s handling of the situation.

The fact that Driscoll was back at work on Saturday suggests that the Rams are inclined, at least for now, to keep Driscoll around.  Still, we can’t imagine that his colleagues will keep a straight face the next time Driscoll opines that a prospect is “loose in the hips.”

Maybe it’s just me, but if I were going to be charged with public nudity for having peed on a building and exposing myself to a female police officer, I think I’d prefer if they actually threw in the public intoxication charge. Makes the explanation a lot easier, and a lot less unnerving.

He’s 33 years old and gets drunk enough to piss on the side of a building, then shakes his Johnson at a female cop …… anyone who thinks there’s nothing wrong with that HAS to be a college student.

Driscoll is an embarrassment to any professional scout who takes their job seriously. He’s in Indy to do a JOB, he’s not there for vacation. The Rams ought to show proper respect for the professionals in this game and can this jacka$$.

    Typical “never grew up” moron.

This screams all levels of HYPOCRISY…I wonder if any of this behavior showed up in his background scrutiny..Then again, I’m sure there wasn’t a background check.

So he was having some drinks at a bar, probably on his way home he took as piss in an alley way and someone happened to see him. Any grown man of drinking age that says he hasn’t urinated outside is a lair. As far as exposing himself the cop probably walked up in the middle of him taking a leak and caught a glance hence exposing himself. I think the local law enforcement should be pursuing real crimes.

Okay, this case is easy to fight..He didn’t alleged exposed his weenie, it was already out. He was urinating…DUH.

If he was drunk then his mechanics are slow. This is an easy win. I will take this case..lol

damn, you can get arrested for that?

Normally a misdemeanor, but after taking a closer look at Driscoll, the court is raising the charge to crime against humanity.

He’d get less time by killing someone with his car. Maybe 30 days like Stallworth.

If he had done this in Colorado he’d be registering as a sex offender. I met a homeless guy that was caught pissing in an alley by the cops…no one else was around…and he didn’t flash them. They charged him with indecent exposure and he has to register. Ridiculous….
