Okay, this case is easy to fight..He didn’t alleged exposed his weenie, it was already out. He was urinating…DUH.

Any grown man of drinking age that says he hasn’t urinated outside is a lair. As far as exposing himself the cop probably walked up in the middle of him taking a leak and caught a glance hence exposing himself. I think the local law enforcement should be pursuing real crimes.
